Return and Refund Policy

At Swako, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

Time Frame: To be eligible for a refund, you must request it within 30 days of purchase.
Condition: To qualify for a return, the product must be:
- Unused
- In the same condition that you received it
- In its original packaging (sealed and unopened)
Non-Returnable Items:
- Gift cards
- Promotional or discounted items (unless they are defective)
- Personalized or custom-made skincare products

Return Process

Inspection: Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your return.
Approval or Rejection: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. If the return is rejected (due to use, damage, or missing packaging), we will notify you with further instructions.

Late or Missing Refund

If you haven’t received a refund within 10 business days:

First, check your bank account or contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to process.

Return & Exchanges

We only replace products if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please email us at support@swako.online with the details and we will provide further instructions.

Return Shipping

We will fund the refund shipping process don't worry :)
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return was due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective product).
