Return and Refund Policy

Eligibility for Returns

  1. Time Frame: To be eligible for a refund, you must request it within 30 days of purchase.

  2. Condition: To qualify for a return, the product must be:

    • Unused

    • In the same condition that you received it

    • In its original packaging (sealed and unopened)

  3. Non-Returnable Items:

    • Gift cards

    • Promotional or discounted items (unless they are defective)

    • Personalized or custom-made skincare products

Return Process

  1. Inspection: Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your return.

  2. Approval or Rejection: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. If the return is rejected (due to use, damage, or missing packaging), we will notify you with further instructions.

Late or Missing Refund

If you haven’t received a refund within 10 business days:

  • First, check your bank account or contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to process.

  • If you’ve done all this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@swako.online.

Return & Exchanges

We only replace products if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please email us at support@swako.online with the details and we will provide further instructions.

Return Shipping

  • We will fund the refund shipping process don't worry :)

  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return was due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective product).
